Alley Cat

Even though leopard print is classic, it seems to be particularly trendy this season and I couldn’t be happier about it. I consider it a neutral – goes with absolutely every color and even mixes well with other prints. In this case, I wore it with a coral skirt I bought in the spring of last year. At first I didn’t think twice about it for a September palate… but when paired with a buttoned up shirt, black patent accessories and heavy jewelry, it morphs into more of a jewel tone and suits up nicely for Fall.

  1. I really, really love this look! Gorg! I love summer pieces that can be transitioned to fall…it helps a lot when limited budgets are at play! I have a purple pencil skirt that I think will transition nicely when paired with black on top and some gold jewelry!

  2. Love this look! The skirt is so pretty…as a Wood, I really steer clear of Leopard prints except maybe a tiny bit on a shoe now and then, buttt it obvi looks great on you!

  3. Great combination of two fabulous trends…and I agree I am beginning to realize how leopard print can work great as a neutral!
