My most worn shirt this past year has definitely been a Rails black and white plaid shirt. Mine was a maternity version but now it's just a looser shirt that's comfy post baby. It has served me so well, whether tied around the waist with a t-shirt or buttoned up on its own. I've been wanting to get my hands on a few more of them but hesitant to spend $150. I mean, it's 100% rayon, has to be hand washed, and I just felt like shouldn't there be a more affordable option out there? Well guess what - there is! I came across Urban Outfitters' Logan shirt when I was looking for nursing friendly tops and I felt like I hit the jackpot! It comes in multiple plaids (one almost exactly like my Rails one but black with white instead of the other way around), is made out of the same exact fabric, and it's less than half the price. I think I actually like it better because it's longer and more oversized. Score! If you're ordering online, be aware that it runs really big. I would normally definitely take a large but I'm a medium in this and it's still plenty oversized (and that's with a post baby body). The Rails on the other hand run a bit small in my opinion, especially if you want the oversized look.
